March is right around the corner and that can only mean one thing.. St Patricks day! We’ve got a special weekend lined up here at D.J. Quinn’s, with a three day run of special events including Live Music, Cheltenham fun and of course, a heap load of Live Sports including Gold Cup coverage, GAA fixtures, Six Nations and all the Football. Here’s what we’ve got planned..

 

Thursday 16th March

Coach to Cheltenham

To kick off the weekend, we’re running a coach to Cheltenham yet again, leaving from the pub at 9am. Get yourself booked in for the races with our travel costing just £20 per head.

Friday 17th March

Cheltenham coverage & Warm Stew

The celebrations continue on St Patricks day, as we show all the Gold Cup coverage in the bar. Get down to enjoy a drink or two whilst enjoying the races, with free stew being served throughout the afternoon and evening to keep the engines running!

Live Music from John Kiernan & On The Sesh LIVE

It’s time to party in true D.J. Quinn’s fashion as we welcome John Kiernan from 6:30pm to get the celebrations up and running. Followed by the legendary Irish party band On The Sesh playing all the hits from 9pm.

 

Saturday 18th March

Six Nations Live

We’ll be screening all the Six Nations final day fixtures across our 6 Big Screens, so you don’t miss out on the action. Here’s who’s competing as the tournament comes to a close:

Scotland v Italy – 12:30pm

France v Wales – 2:45pm

Ireland v England – 5pm

That’s the GAA fixtures playing throughout the day at the home of Birmingham’s GAA coverage. Who’s on?

The local legends will be continuing the St Patricks celebrations from 8:30pm with tons of covers and party anthems all night long.

 

All events for St Patrick’s Weekend are free entry and you don’t need to book a table. Just show up and enjoy the celebrations – slainte!
