We’re very excited here at D.J. Quinn’s as we launch our new cocktail menu full of delicious drinks for you to try. With this we’re also launching a new drinks deal that will be running every weekend! 

You may have noticed some handsome new faces behind our bar recently and that’s because we’ve hired a team of mixologists to whip up a delicious cocktail menu for you all to try. Not only that, but every Friday we’ll be running a new deal of 2 cocktails for £10 from 5pm – 7pm. Our new menu features some beloved classics including long island iced tea, mojitos and mai tais as well as some signature Quinn’s mixes.

Mojito

Bacardi white rum with mint leaves, lime juice, sugar syrup & soda. Served with a slice of lime and mint.

 

Long Island Iced Tea

Vodka, gin, cointreau & Bacardi white rum with sugar syrup, lime juice & Coca Cola. Served with a slice of lemon.

 

Mai Tai

Bacardi white rum, dark rum & orange curacao with almond syrup & freshly squeezed lime. Serve with a slice of lime, mint and a cherry.

 

Porn Star Martini

Vodka & passion fruit liqueur with pineapple juice, lemon juice & sugar syrup. Served with a shot of prosecco.

 

Tommy’s Margarita

Tequila blanco with lime juice, agave nectar. Served with a pink salt rim and lime wheel.

 

Old Fashioned

Antica Formula, Tanqueray 10, Campari and orange peel.

 

Cosmopolitan

Vodka & cointreau with cranberry juice & lime juice. Served with a flamed orange zest.

 

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

Vodka & strawberry liqueur with strawberry puree, lime juice & sugar syrup. Served with a fresh strawberry.

 

Margarita

Cointreau & Tequila Blanco with lime juice & sugar syrup. Served with a slice of lime.
