What’s new at your favourite Irish pub? Firstly we’ve had a blast showing all the football this last month across 5 TVs and 2 BIG screens, second only to the fact that England are through to the semi-finals – IT’S COMING HOME!

You can catch the final with us live at D.J. Quinn’s on Sunday 11th July at 8pm with no bookings required, just walk in and grab yourself a table. We’ll be serving up the best poured Guinness in Birmingham as well as lager, ales, wine and spirits to make sure you can celebrate the right way. Social distancing guidelines of course still apply, so please be respectful of this when on our premises and around our community.

Secondly, we’re on the hunt for a food vendor to work out of our high-end kitchen. We loved having the Smokehouse in our kitchen last year and now we’re searching for another fantastic food vendor to join us in Hall Green. This would involve working Friday to Sundays with the possibility of running takeaway also. Ideally we’d love to offer street food options as well as Sunday roasts, as these have always been very popular here!

Last but not least, we are so happy with the latest news about the updated Coronavirus guidelines. We have missed running events and seeing our lovely customers dancing around and singing their hearts out, so of course we’re very much looking forward to the return to normality. It’s been a difficult 16-or-so months but everyone’s support has been incredible – we couldn’t have done it without you all!
